Experience:    
   •   Served as Executive Vice-President of ING, where
       he was responsible for the strategic direction and
       management of Strategic Relationships in the U.S.
   •   Prior to the purchase of Aetna Financial Services
       (AFS) by ING, Steve was a member of senior
       management and President of the Financial
       Intermediary Group where he was responsible for
       all business aspects of individual products distributed
       through over 40,000 representatives. He was also
       on AFS’s investment management committee.
   •   Served Aetna as head of U.S. sales where he led a
       team of over 1,200 individuals who provided
       investment and retirement products to over 42,000
       employers in the private and public markets.
   •   Was President of Aetna Investment Service (AISI),
       a NYSE broker dealer firm with over 600 registered
       representatives.
   •   Served on the Board of Financial Network
       Investment Corporation, a broker dealer firm with in
       excess of 2,500 representatives. 

Education:    
   •   Received a Bachelor's of Science from Malone
       College with a focus in Accounting and Business.

Interests:    
   •   Member of the AICPA , and has served on its
       Advisory council, and the Ohio Society of CPA’s,
       where he has served as an Executive Vice
       President and now serves on its Strategic Planning
       Committee.
   •   Member of the American Society Pension
       Professionals and Actuaries.
