       a firm principal.

   •   Frequently speaks about Retirement Planning and
       Estate Planning topics.
   •   Member of The Columbus Bar Association, the
       Advanced Association for Life Underwriters, and
       the American Society of Pension Professionals and
       Actuaries.
   •   Member of the Society of Financial Service
       Professionals since 1980 and served as a board
       member until early 2005.
   •   Past board member of Leadership Worthington.
   •   Currently serves as Chairman of the Dean's
       Advisory Committee, College of Business
       Administration, Ohio Northern University. Larry
       also serves as a University Trustee.
